How We Use Information

We use information to provide Google Ads audits, account analysis, campaign planning, optimization recommendations, reporting, conversion tracking review, lead-quality analysis, support, and client communications.

We may use authorized Google Ads API data to retrieve account data, evaluate campaign performance, identify issues or opportunities, prepare recommendations, and make changes only when authorized by the account owner or an approved representative.

We use technical information to operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve our website and services.

How We Protect Information

We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.

Access to Google Ads data and client information is limited to personnel and service providers who need it to provide, secure, or support the service.

We use reasonable security practices such as access controls, account authentication, encrypted transport where available, and periodic review of connected account access.

Information Sharing

We do not sell personal information or Google Ads data.

We may share information with service providers that help us operate the website, communicate with users, host systems, analyze performance, provide support, or deliver contracted advertising services. These providers are permitted to use information only to provide services to us.

We may share information when required by law, legal process, or governmental request, or when necessary to protect rights, safety, security, or prevent fraud.

We may share advertising work product, reports, or account changes with the client, account owner, or authorized representatives connected to the applicable Google Ads account.

Google Ads API Data

Google Ads data is accessed only after authorization and is used only to provide advertising services requested by the account owner or authorized representative.

We do not use Google Ads API data for unrelated advertising, resale, or building unrelated user profiles.

You can revoke our Google Ads access at any time from your Google account permissions or Google Ads account settings. After revocation, we will no longer be able to retrieve new Google Ads data from that authorization.

Retention

We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary to provide services, maintain records, meet legal or contractual obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and support security and operations.

When information is no longer needed, we delete it or de-identify it where practical, subject to backup, legal, accounting, and operational requirements.

You may request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of personal information by contacting us.

You may opt out of non-essential communications by using unsubscribe instructions where provided or by contacting us directly.
